• The echelon realty sign is placed on your property.  This sign includes unique buyer incentives to help in the quick sale of your home.
   
• The listing will be processed for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) which is also available online at www.realtor.ca
   
• Within 48 hours, your listing will appear on the echelon realty website www.echelonrealty.ca.
   
• Feature sheets will be prepared; highlighting the special attributes of the property, for distribution to buyers, real estate agents, etc.
   
• Advertising will be placed in The Barrie Advance Real Estate Paper and run on a minimum of a bi-weekly rotation.  This advertisement will appear in a premium position.
   
• Open Houses will be scheduled for the public or agents if necessary.
   
• You will have a weekly update call, where showing feedback is disclosed and sale progress is discussed.
